By signing up for kratai or downloading the kratai desktop app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't sign up or use the app.
kratai is in active development. Features, pricing, and the app itself can change, and the service may occasionally break or be unavailable while we're building. We don't promise uptime or that any given feature will stay exactly as it is today.
You're responsible for keeping your Google/GitHub sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. Let us know at tai@kratai.com if you think someone else has access to it.
New accounts receive a promotional AI credit balance (currently $30) to use inside the desktop app. It has no cash value, can't be transferred or redeemed for money, and we may adjust how it's granted or spent as the product evolves.
The promotional credit expires 30 days after you sign up (it lasts until the end of that day, Thailand time, UTC+7; your dashboard shows the exact date). Any part of it you haven't used by then expires automatically and can no longer be used. We have no obligation to keep, extend, restore, refund, convert to cash, or otherwise compensate you for expired credit, and you agree that we may remove it from your account after that date.
Use kratai lawfully and don't try to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to generate or distribute anything illegal or harmful. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
kratai analyzes codebases you point it at to generate diagrams and specs. We don't claim any ownership over your code or the projects you use it on.
kratai is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You can stop using kratai at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or misuses the service.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
